<Accommodation>
We have booked nine rooms for our foreign guests at the Hibikino Campus Hotel, which is conveniently located near the conference site. If you wish to stay at the campus hotel, please inform us, as the reservation must be made through our office.
Additionally, there is a hotel situated about a 20-minute walk from our campus. Reservations for this hotel can be made directly through their website (https://www.hatagoya.co.jp/hotels/037_kitakyushuyahata/)
Web reservations are available from January 4, 2024.
<Welcome Dinner>
We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a welcome dinner at a traditional Japanese restaurant near the ocean on the evening of April 4th (the day before the conference). If you would like to join us for the dinner, please arrive at the Hibikino Campus by 6 PM on April 4th, after checking into your hotel.
