<Accommodation>
We have booked nine rooms for our foreign guests at the Hibikino Campus Hotel, which is conveniently located near the conference site. If you wish to stay at the campus hotel, please inform us, as the reservation must be made through our office.
Campus Hotel is closed due to full capacity.
Campus Hotel Adderss : 8-1 Hibikinokita, Wakamatsu Ward, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka 808-0138
Please do not enter the main entrance, but go into the guard room on the left (Entrance shown below), give your name and get a key.
Additionally, there is a hotel situated about a 20-minute walk from our campus. Reservations for this hotel can be made directly through their website (https://www.hatagoya.co.jp/hotels/037_kitakyushuyahata/)
Web reservations are available from January 4, 2024.
You can take the bus or walk to the university from this hotel (10 minutes by bus, 15 minutes on foot).
